I swear the people at Nike and Jordan have a conspiracy to take all of my money this year. Just saw these and I had post them. I remember when these first came out when I was in high school. Our Varsity basketball team broke them out on a soft Thursday night, can't remember who we played, but that didn't even matter. All everyone talked about was how the whole team made such a statement with these kicks on! It felt like we were watching the Fab Five change the culture of Basketball all over again(do your research if you don't know what I'm talking about)!

Back in the day WNO use to buy ever pair of Jordan's.
These are the “Rip City” Air Jordan Hallowed Ground, made for Rip Hamilton,
in Detroit Pistons Colorway.
The Jumpman is to be found at the heel and outsole in red. Speaking of the outsole: the outsole is one of the highlights of that sneaker because of its blue herringbone structure divided by ice components.
They are set for a release in November at select Nike Accounts.
Back in October, just a week before Eminem released
his autobiography titlted, “The Way I Am” two colorways
of the Air Jordan II designed with Eminem’s handwritten
lyrics adorning the upper were shown. At a launch party
for the book at NORT/Recon, a nearly all black colorway
were on display and Paul Rosenberg Eminem’s manager
posted one photo of the above colorway. The good news
about the above colorway is that they will be available for
purchase, the bad news is that they will be limited to 313
pairs (a major area code of Detroit is 313) and only
available via the Air Jordan Flight Club website. A
portion of the proceeds from the shoe’s sales will go
towards the Marshall Mathers Foundation. They are
tentitively scheduled for December 18th and will be priced at $110.
